NCCAR offers real world vehicle testing, commercial fleet and component management & evaluations, web-based custom vehicle test database and personnel staffing through affiliate partner MDE International Inc.

NCCAR test site and facilities will be used as an Environmental Test Site location by MDE, complimenting the company's existing test sites located across the country.

From this new location at NCCAR, MDE will be able to perform testing on vehicles using the comprehensive ride and handling course as well as using the public road systems near the C enter. Vehicles can be evaluated for durability, reliability, OBD, benchmarking and fast feedback programs. Group Lotus PLC will also be on site and available for support as may be required.

Vehicle test information can be handled by the UIS 5.0 web-based custom vehicle database developed by MDE exclusively for these testing services.

Commercial fleet management for vehicles and components are handled through the overall interface of MDE between the fleet users and the customer. MDE will perform the coordination and oversee all aspects of the program including establish and develop new fleets, handle all test procedures, perform inspections, collect data and input information into pre-determined databases.

MDE Staffing Services can provide you with on-site staffing support for your programs including clerical, data entry, mechanics and certified vehicle evaluators at your request. Additionally, MDE will be responsible for staffing the facilities and operations activities at the Center.
