NCCAR offers modern, well-equipped and private conferencing facilities in a quiet, relaxed environment. Situated mid-point on the eastern seaboard, one mile off Interstate I95 at exit 176, NCCAR's facilities provide a secluded retreat for the conduct of business, with ample local hotel accommodations ( 1,200 rooms) restaurants (60+), shopping and entertainment just five miles south at Roanoke Rapids, plus excellent rental accommodations on beautiful Lake Gaston.

 

NCCAR conference facilities can accommodate groups of up to 98 people. Four conference rooms are available. The first floor conference area (C-1, 98 occupants) opens onto a beautiful open terrace that is ideally suited to social gatherings, vehicle displays, or al fresco celebrations (see the attached view).

Conference room 1 is also designed to allow access to large displays and vehicles through the distinctive exterior door walls.

 

The second floor conference room (C-2, 49 occupants) is slightly larger, is well suited for class-type sessions and offers excellent privacy with beautiful views of NCCAR's woodland setting.

Two additional meeting rooms (C3 & C4) cater for smaller groups of 4- 6 people.

 

Catering can be provided on site in the Center's continental cafe or supplied by local catering companies.

 

NCCAR's conferencing facilities are available to automotive and other clients who need confidential, private and well-appointed facilities for business meetings, conferences, seminars, training, educational activities, corporate retreats, customer appreciation and other similar events. These facilities are generally not available for social gatherings.
