NCCAR has carefully designed the Operations and Engineering building in line with extensive market research with industry users. Consequently, we have provided six secure client garages that provide spacious accommodation and are generously equipped to meet the 24/7 demanding needs of our clients. Each modular garage is fully air conditioned and self-contained with 978 SF to 1038 SF (91 SM to 96 SM) of garage space with 15 to 20 ft of internal ceiling height clearance and garage door access height of 12 ft. Vehicle access is via single double width (21 ft) roller door in garages 1 & 2 or twin doors (10 ft) in garages 3,4,5,6. Each garage is equipped with compressed air, ample electrical supply, single vehicle lift (with option of either four post or twin post lifts), plus large double door accessed secure store (146 SF), technicians work room (146 SF) and galley kitchen (72 SF). Internal stairs lead to each mezzanine second floor (460 SF, 42 SM) with office and bathroom.
The second floor is designed to provide clients with a "home from home" office environment, including full high speed internet connectivity (also available across the site via WiFi), window view of the garage area and more storage.
